Astera Private Jets is an aircraft charter broker that works on behalf of its clients to book custom travel solutions with aircraft operators, also known as Direct Air Carriers. Through our expansive aircraft operator network, we are able to book the flight that meets every facet of your travel needs. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified, the following cancellation terms apply:

10% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to entire quote upon booking trip

Within 30 days of scheduled departure: 25%

Within 14 days of scheduled departure: 50% plus any fees charged to Astera Private Jets by the Direct Air Carrier

Within 7 days (168 hours) of scheduled departure for domestic trips or 10 days (240 hours) for international trips: 100%

All charters that have an airport outside of the United States of America in the quoted itinerary will be held to a cancellation fee of 50% of the approved quoted price upon booking

Cancellation of a round-trip flight within 14 days of any departure scheduled for the peak days of November 19-30, December 19-January 4 and February 12-22 will result in a cancellation fee based upon any cancellation fees charged to Astera Private Jets by the Direct Air Carrier

Any change to the itinerary or aircraft within the aforementioned time periods may be deemed a ‘cancellation’ subject to the prescribed cancellation fees
